This Khakass shaman drum has a variant of the mountainous horizon motif, but the cross marks on the mountains almost suggest that they may be teepees (ursa). In the upper world white and black shaman spirits carry their magic bows, accompanied by the sun and moon, two black birds and many animals, apparently horses, wolves, and foxes or sables. In the middle world there are two turge tree and two rows of seven figures apparently dancing a yohor dance, a wolf (or dog) and two turtles. Turtles are not only connected with the water spirits but also with the creation story, in which the Creator places dry land on the back of a turtle.
